Embedded within client organisations to assess existing workflows, identify where AI adds value, define technical requirements, and oversee delivery. This is a consulting and coordination role. You are the primary point of contact between Nomad's engineering team and the client's leadership. Requires the ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments across a range of industries.
Requirements

Business Operations Manager

Responsible for the operational backbone of the business: managing the sales pipeline, coordinating active projects across the team, handling invoicing and financial reporting, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring delivery stays on track. Reports directly to the founder. This role has significant ownership and direct impact on company performance.
